Please DONATE NOW to support EFFORTS TO PROVIDE MEDICAL SUPPORT TO REMOTE AREAS

We are beginning a new effort to provide medical assistance to remote areas throughout the provinces in Sierra Leone. We have recently purchased land in Freetown to build a facility that will house groups on medical missions throughout the country. Our Hope for Lives volunteers have been visiting these remote provinces distributing supplies and donated goods to school kids. During our visits we've witnessed that access to medical care is almost non-existent. The leader of our Hope for Lives Dream Team, Precious Amabel Smith, is coordinating many of our efforts in Sierra Leone. With your donations, we’re hoping to build a dormitory/housing facility that will allow us to host medical personnel from across the globe on missions to Sierra Leone. We secured land in 2020 and with your support, hope to begin construction in late 2021 or 2022. We're making an urgent appeal to our friends and donors to support our medical relief efforts in the remote provinces of Sierra Leone. Please DONATE TODAY!

St. Anthony's School Library & COMPUTER LAB

In early 2013, we officially unveiled the Hope for Lives Library at St. Anthony's Primary School in Freetown. In 2016, we completed the new computer lab in a newly constructed building next to the library, featuring 15-20 computers with internet access. The lab is available to the 3,000 students of St. Anthony's School with ongoing computer classes. It's the first computer lab of its kind available to primary and middle school age kids in Sierra Leone. In early 2018 we sent over another 50 computers, with the goal of creating computer labs in other remote areas of Sierra Leone.

In October 2020, the Movement of Faith Primary School in the Port Loko district collapsed, forcing the teachers to conduct classes outside under the trees. With your support, we were able to rebuild the school.

Since 2018, we’ve spent considerable effort on supporting the Milton Margai School for the Blind and the National School for the Deaf in Freetown. In early 2022, one of our most generous supporter, the Landow family, purchased 3 KeKe (aka Tuk-Tuk) vehicles to transport students to and from school at no cost. What a blessing for these kids who walk miles to and from school every day. View photos of the schools and their new transport vehicles.
